## About the role

You'll own event execution end-to-end, from the first vendor call to the post-show report, for the trade shows, launches, and webinars that put MaintainX in front of the frontline-operations buyers who need us most. Run full-cycle logistics for trade shows, conferences,from venue and vendor selection through on-site execution and teardown.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years running trade shows, conferences, or field events, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Ability to quantitatively report on pipeline attribution from events
- Comfortable owning an event budget and managing multiple vendor and venue relationships at once
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can brief stakeholders and run a room on-site
- Organized enough to keep several events moving in parallel without dropping a detail
- A data-driven approach - you track what worked, and you say so
