## About the role

This is our single hiring pipeline for Full-Stack Engineers across our product and platform teams. On the product side, that could mean Asset Lifecycle, Global Feature, Reporting, Preventive Maintenance, or Planner: the systems behind work orders, assets, and scheduling that customers touch daily. On the platform side, it could mean Backend Framework, Search or API Platform: the shared services and infrastructure the product teams build on.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products
- Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development
- A track record of writing maintainable, testable code you're comfortable handing off to someone else
- Strong written and verbal communication: you can explain a technical tradeoff to a designer or a support lead as easily as to another developer
- Comfort making progress on a problem before the spec is fully settled, adjusting as you learn more
