- 10+ years of progressive technology experience, including significant experience in solution and/or enterprise architecture
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical and business stakeholders through complex solution decisions and tradeoffs
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex enterprise application, integration, and data architectures
- Experience leading architecture and technology strategy across multiple business functions and platforms
