## About the role

At Manhattan, events aren’t just gatherings, they’re growth engines. As our Sr. Event Manager, Demand & Registration, you will own the strategy and execution that fills our events with the right audiences: the customers, prospects, partners, and executives who matter most. This is not a traditional event logistics role.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in event marketing, demand generation, field marketing, or audience acquisition, ideally within enterprise technology or B2B environments
- Proven success driving measurable registration, attendance, and pipeline outcomes for events spanning large conferences, customer summits, VIP programs, and virtual/hybrid formats
- Deep hands-on experience with event registration platforms (Cvent, Splash, Bizzabo, or equivalent) and marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable in dashboards, pulling reports, and using data to diagnose performance and optimize campaigns
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously under tight timelines
- Sharp communicator who can write compelling event copy and partner effectively across Marketing, Sales, and Events teams
