## About the role

The Fulfillment Strategy team owns a wide surface across productivity, supply, and service quality — and needs an execution-focused generalist to keep high-priority work moving. Right now, senior team members are bottlenecked because ambiguous problems require immediate analysis, process design, and follow-through that no one has capacity to own. You'll serve as a force multiplier: diagnosing problems, structuring solutions, and driving them through to measurable impact.
