We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our hiring machine. This is a high-impact, generalist role for someone who wants to build a world-class team from the ground up. ## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of operational experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- A+ technical recruiting experience: Track record of sourcing for technical (Eng/Product) roles into a high performance organization in a competitive environment
