## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Experience teaching preschool or kindergarten in a school district or state-funded early childhood center
- Background in school district roles such as instructional coordinator, education administrator, curriculum coordinator, or program specialist
- Strong, existing relationships and a professional network within Dallas-area school districts and the early childhood community
- Willing and able to travel frequently, including regular overnight travel within Texas
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
