## About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to lead and scale Mariana Minerals' existing Accounting and FP&A team as we grow from two capital-intensive flagship projects today toward a broader portfolio of commercial mining and mineral-processing operations.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including senior leadership spanning both accounting/controllership and FP&A
- A track record of scaling a finance function at a capital-intensive, high-growth company, such as hardware, industrials, energy, or mining, ideally through a period of significant fundraising or capital deployment
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles, CPA or equivalent technical accounting credential strongly preferred
- Direct experience owning external audit relationships and board or investor reporting
- Experience building or upgrading financial systems and processes as a company scales
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems and financial planning tools
