We’re looking for someone who can help bring our high temperature superconducting cable to the world. You will work at the intersection of technical sales, market development, and long term strategy. If you enjoy diving into the details of advanced technology, identifying where it fits, and building the relationships needed to get it deployed, you will thrive here.

## What they're looking for

- Comfort translating complex technical ideas into clear value propositions for customers and decision makers
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with executives, engineers, procurement teams, and government stakeholders
- A track record of identifying new markets or partnerships and moving them from idea to opportunity
- Familiarity with energy systems, electrification, industrial power, defense, maritime systems, or superconducting technologies is a plus but not required
- A proactive approach, willingness to dive into ambiguity, and genuine excitement for building real hardware with real customers
- Readiness to roll up your sleeves whether that means helping run a demo, preparing materials for investors, or coordinating with suppliers
