## About the role

We're hiring Sales Executives for our personal loans team. It's an inside sales role: you work from our Bengaluru office, on calls and WhatsApp, and take customers from "interested" to "loan paid out". Customers know you as their marketfeed loan expert. You'll talk to people who've asked us to lower their EMI. You'll explain what we can do for them, collect their documents, file their application with our partner lenders, and follow up until the money reaches them. ## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of sales calling experience (inside sales or tele sales)
- Fluent English and Malayalam, spoken and written
- Clear written communication for daily WhatsApp messages
- Basic lending knowledge: EMI, interest rate, tenure, CIBIL score, foreclosure, lender documents
- Follow-up discipline and up-to-date CRM notes
- Comfortable with daily call numbers and monthly disbursal targets
