## About the role

Please note: you must reside in one of the following states to qualify for this role - AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NC, NH, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA We're hiring a builder to own GTM Operations for the Revenue and CS orgs, reporting directly to the CRO.

## What they're looking for

- Salesforce architecture and data integrity (in partnership with SysOps), including the object model, field governance, and a named owner for every critical field
- The forecast and pipeline inspection cadence the CRO runs the business on, measured on forecast accuracy against commit
- Territory design, quota setting, and comp plan administration across Sales and CS
- Deal desk throughput: approvals cleared within SLA against defined discount thresholds
- Funnel and attainment reporting by stage, segment, channel and rep
- Agentic workflows designed, deployed and maintained in production: lead research and enrichment, call and email analysis, pipeline hygiene enforcement, and rep-facing answers over CRM data
