## About the role

The Associate Workplace Specialist ensures operational excellence, safety, and service delivery for our Santa Clara headquarters. This role acts as a key liaison between employees, site leadership, and Global Workplace Services (GWS), supporting daily building operations, vendor management, capital programs, budgeting, and health and safety compliance.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred, equivalent experience considered
- 3+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting distributed or multi-site operational environments (corporate, industrial, labs, logistics, or multi-office portfolios) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills across in-person and virtual channels
- Proactive problem-solver able to manage competing priorities across multiple sites and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Oracle (or similar ERP/procurement systems), and budgeting tools
