## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in NPI planning, production planning, or supply chain planning within a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment, direct exposure to OSAT/subcontractor coordination is a strong plus
- Familiarity with new product introduction processes and build stages (e.g., SAT, ICOS, OS testing) is highly preferred
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership, comfortable proactively escalating and driving resolution on time-critical issues
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones with global engineering, planning, and OSAT teams
- Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems for e-Form and material transactions, proficiency in Excel required, Power BI a plus
