## About the role

As Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll help shape how MasterClass shows up across social, with a particular focus on bringing MasterClass Certificates to life for professional audiences. You’ll own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for Certificates—from campaign kickoff and creative development through launch, optimization, and ongoing storytelling—while also contributing to evergreen and broader brand social initiatives.

- You have a proven track record of 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand , with experience building and growing engaged audiences
- You bring deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube , particularly LinkedIn and content for professional audiences
- You’re equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution , moving seamlessly from big-picture thinking to bringing ideas to life
- You’re data-driven , using social performance and audience insights to inform content, formats, and strategy
- You’re a strong cross-functional collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments, stays close to internet culture and trends, and can translate them into relevant, brand-appropriate content
