## About the role

Hinge is hiring a Senior UX Researcher to join the Dating Outcomes research team, supporting our mission of helping people find meaningful romantic connections. In this role, you will lead quant and qual research methods to understand what helps daters move conversations forward with confidence after they match, and what helps that connection carry beyond the app itself and into a real date.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of UX research experience in a consumer-facing product research role – messaging or social media domain experience is a plus!
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end research that influences product development and impacts key product metrics
- Mixed methods research with a strong qualitative research toolkit and quantitative research experience
- Strong communicator, committed to telling clear and compelling insights-backed stories that bias to action
- Dedicated to building successful partnerships with stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Eager to learn from, collaborate with, and mentor other researchers
