## About the role

As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of our NYC headquarters. You’ll own the vendor relationships and day-to-day office operations and play a leading role in shaping the in-office experience, from team lunches and celebrations to the small details that make Materialize a place people genuinely enjoy coming into.

- 2+ years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, hospitality, or a similar people-facing role
- A warm, professional communication style and a genuine customer-service mindset toward employees and visitors
- Tech-comfortable: confident with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, and able to help teammates with everyday tech hiccups
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle competing priorities without dropping balls
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning events, celebrations, and culture moments that bring people together
- Proactive and resourceful, comfortable owning ambiguous problems end-to-end in a fast-growing startup
