## About the role

As the Data Analytics Lead at Matic, you will act as a subject matter expert and a crucial bridge between our foundational data execution and our overarching data strategy. Sitting perfectly between our Data Analysts and the Director of Data Analytics, you will take ownership of complex data projects, generating analytical insights that drive business outcomes and help scale our vast data ecosystem efficiently.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, etc.)
- 5-8 years of progressive work experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, demonstrating deep ownership of projects
- Subject matter expertise with SQL query optimization, DBT, Snowflake, and ELT design
- Extensive experience with Tableau, Metabase, or other advanced visualization platforms
- Solid decision-making skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and meeting tight deadlines while anticipating business needs
