## About the role

## What they're looking for

- Strong editing fundamentals: excellent short-form, vertical video editing with strong pacing and visual storytelling
- 2+ years of hands-on experience creating and editing video content (school projects, personal work, freelance gigs, internships—we don’t care where it comes from, your portfolio does the talking)
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (demonstrated fluency across multiple projects)
- Motion graphics experience: demonstrated ability to animate type, create graphics, and compose visual treatments in After Effects
- Shooting and composition skills: clean product, lifestyle, and BTS photography with strong framing
- Comfort working with and directing talent: ability to conduct interviews, guide people on camera, and capture authentic talking heads and performance-based content
