## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of full-stack experience , with a track record of owning and shipping end-to-end web interfaces at a breakneck pace
- A deep obsession with crafting delightful user experiences, driving design, marketing, and product intuition into bulletproof code
- Systems-level understanding of ES6+, React, Next.js, and TypeScript , and deep comfort with the modern JavaScript tooling and ecosystem that goes well beyond front-end development
- Excellence in server-side architecture and development in Node.js / Python (knowing Rust is a plus), with proficiency in designing REST / GraphQL endpoints and interfacing with relational databases like PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing third-party services (AWS, analytics, customer support) with a keen eye for security best practices
- A hunger to learn new skills and collaborate across design, marketing, product, and other engineers across the entire stack
