## About the role

Matter is hiring a Deputy Program Manager to help drive execution across complex sensing, airborne, and space programs. Reporting to Tim Clark, this role will turn program objectives into coordinated schedules, decisions, risk management, and clear communication across teams. Maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action tracking.

- Strong planning, organization, written communication, and follow-through
- Ability to understand technical context well enough to connect schedules, risks, requirements, and decisions
