## About the role

Build production hardware for compute, memory management, and high-speed connectivity Develop reusable, parameterized Bluespec libraries that scale across the chip

## What they're looking for

- Proficient in Haskell — you're comfortable with monads, typeclasses, higher-order functions, and do-notation. You understand why return injects a value into a monadic context and what Bluespec Haskell (BH)
- Strong engineering fundamentals — you write clean, well-tested, well-documented code and are comfortable with build systems, version control, and CI workflows
- Existing experience with Bluespec
- Prior hardware design experience — ASIC or FPGA. If you already understand clock domains, pipelining, state machines, synthesis, and timing closure, that's a significant advantage
- Production Rust experience. If you know Haskell, Rust is easy, but if you've already used it on something real, that's a head start
