## About the role

We are looking for a Hardware Systems Engineer to join our Hardware Systems team. In this role, you will take full ownership of defining, designing, and validating compute trays, boards, and interconnects for our rack-scale AI data center platform. You will work across control plane, data plane, and management plane functionality, playing a pivotal role in driving power efficiency, scalability, reliability, and system performance at scale

## What they're looking for

- At least 10 years of experience in system-level development, preferably within the server, computer, or network industries
- Proficient in DC/DC PoL and multi phase VRM designs and verifications with 48V and 12V bus. Experience with high-power AI server design is desirable
- Experience with BMC and DC-SCM designs
- Experience with 100G+ Ethernet and high-speed SerDes interfaces, PCIe Gen5/6, as well as SPI, I2C, UART, USB
- Familiar with criteria of critical components selection
- Hands-on experience with board design using schematic capture tools and Allegro
