## About the role

Serve as the first point of contact for Help Desk issues, triaging and resolving or escalating them Provision laptops and user accounts for new employees, and deprovision them for departures

## What they're looking for

- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar role, ideally at a startup or other fast-paced environment
- Know Google Workspace administration, GitHub, and Linux, and have basic networking and security knowledge
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and write and communicate clearly
- Learn new tools quickly, act first and course-correct, and stay effective when priorities shift
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Are based in, or willing to relocate to, the San Francisco Bay Area and can work on site in Mountain View three days per week
