## About the role

MatX is building next-generation AI infrastructure systems for high-performance datacenter workloads. We are looking for a Senior NPI TPM, Rack-Scale AI Systems to manage integrated execution for rack and board platforms, spanning engineering builds through the final production ramp.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of technical program management, NPI program management, manufacturing operations, hardware operations, or engineering program management experience
- Experience driving complex hardware builds through EVT, DVT, PVT, production readiness, and ramp
- Experience working with CM, JDM, ODM, or rack-scale manufacturing partners on build planning, factory readiness, issue closure, and manufacturing execution
- Experience with BOMs, AVLs, ECOs, configuration management, DFM/DFA/DFT, PCBA manufacturing, final assembly, factory test, and quality systems
- Experience tracking manufacturing KPIs such as first-pass yield, defect pareto, rework rate, test pass rate, build cycle time, and quality escapes
- Ability to drive schedules, risk management, issue tracking, milestone governance, and executive-level communication
