## About the role

Own full-cycle recruiting activities, including outbound sourcing, resume review, and initial phone screens to assess technical skills, experience, and alignment Collaborate on the development of recruiting strategies and implement to identify, source, and hire top technical talent, with a focus on system hardware, silicon, and software roles

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in relevant Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources/Organizational Behavior, or a related field, with equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally supporting hardware, systems, or AI-focused teams in a highly competitive market at early-stage companies (Seed-Series B)
- Comfortable hiring for specialized hardware and architecture roles supporting AI silicon, including SoC/power architects, RTL/microarchitecture engineers, and verification specialists
- Prior experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments, and can quickly ramp up
- Prior experience with high volume recruiting (e.g., filling 25 roles per quarter)
- Proven track record of hiring high-impact technical talent
