- You understand ICPs, buying signals, personalization, funnel quality, and enterprise sales well enough to make sound product and prioritization decisions
- You work well with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and executives, and you can push back constructively when the evidence points in a different direction
- You take responsibility for instrumentation, data quality, failures, cost, and iteration after launch
