## About the role

Maven is looking for a Senior Associate of RFP & Implementation Projects to own two core workstreams: RFP project management for prospective clients and new logo implementations. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver high-quality proposals and onboard new clients. This role will report directly to the Director of Client Delivery.

## What they're looking for

- Own the end-to-end RFP lifecycle — from intake and response assignment through SME coordination, quality assurance, and submission — ensuring every proposal stays on track and on time
- Coordinate with SMEs, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to produce accurate, tailored responses
- Maintain a library of standard, up-to-date RFP responses in Claude and reusable content (case studies, reporting samples) in Confluence to support a turn-key seller experience
- Proofread, format, and ensure consistency across all proposal documents
- Lead end-to-end implementations for new payer and channel partners — owning the project plan, timeline, risk management, and stakeholder communication across concurrent launches
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, Care Advocacy, Product, and Data teams to translate contractual scope into a configured, launched product
