## About the role

The base salary range for this role is $55 - $65 per hour. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume frontline and provider hiring
- Prior experience in a health tech, healthcare, or startup environment required
- Prior experience hiring for non-exempt and exempt role required
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (20+) and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, or similar ATS/CRM platforms
