## About the role

Maven is looking for a Technical Recruiting Lead to own technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design. This is a player-coach role: you'll personally run full life-cycle recruiting for our most critical and complex technical roles, while also managing a small team of recruiters and/or sourcers supporting the broader tech hiring effort. You'll report to the Director of Recruiting and partner closely with engineering, product, and design leadership to translate hiring plans into real, hired talent. - Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized Engineering, Product, and Design searches, from intake through offer close
- Manage, coach, and develop a small team of recruiters supporting technical hiring, balancing their growth with your own individual search load
- Partner directly with engineering, product, and design leaders to translate hiring plans into sourcing and interview strategy
- Set and maintain the standard for technical hiring at Maven — structured interview plans, calibration, and data-driven pipeline management
- Use funnel and time-to-fill data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the tech recruiting function
- Leverage AI to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate communication, in line with Maven's AI-first recruiting practices
