## About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Business Development Operations Associate to support our growing commercial team and help deliver a seamless experience for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our operations, business development/marketing, and internal technical teams to support customer requests, prepare data samples and other sales materials, and help move opportunities efficiently from initial conversation through the sales process.

## What they're looking for

- 1–3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, business operations, customer success, technical support, or a related role. Strong candidates with relevant internship or academic experience may also be considered
- Technical aptitude: Comfortable learning technical products and concepts related to AI, machine learning, robotics, data, or autonomous driving
- Bilingual communication: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin , with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong execution: Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Problem-solving: Resourceful and able to quickly find information, coordinate with the right teams, and independently resolve routine customer requests
- Communication: Comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external customers in a professional setting
