## About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Manager to serve as a technical bridge between our customers and internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, project management, product, or a related customer-facing technical role
- Experience in AI, robotics, autonomous driving, data services, or a related technology industry
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI data lifecycle, including data collection, annotation, quality assurance, delivery, model training, evaluation, and iteration
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured, actionable technical and project plans
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
