## What they're looking for

- Own supply planning — master schedules, availability forecasting, capacity, and on-time delivery commitments — in partnership with the manufacturing team
- Lead, coach, and grow the supply chain organization
- Partner with engineering to bring new products into production, driving supplier readiness, design-for-supply-chain, and clean hardware handoffs
- Own supply chain's use of the ERP/MRP system — BOM and routing accuracy, master data, planning parameters, and inventory transactions — and drive the transaction discipline that makes the data trustworthy
- Run demand and materials planning, including forecast-to-build conversion, MRP-driven purchasing signals, safety stock policy, and inventory investment levels
- Partner with the quality team on supplier quality, nonconformance resolution, and documentation control so defects are caught upstream of the build
