## What they're looking for

- Create complex mechanical designs, drawings and documentation for parts and assemblies following DFX principles to develop the most efficient and high-quality products
- Determine technical specifications for sub-systems and components to meet overall product development requirements
- Collaborate across teams and departments to determine root cause of issues, identify corrective actions, and implement design changes to improve existing products and processes
- Maintain ownership over sub-system development and sustaining activities (Senior) including project and resource planning, gathering of documentation and requirements, and execution of ECOs
- Work closely with manufacturing and operations to ensure a smooth transition from concept to a fully scalable high-quality product
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or similar field
