## About the role

We’re hiring our first dedicated Recruiter to own full-cycle deep tech recruiting across the company, including R&D, engineering, product, manufacturing operations, and business operations. This is an IC role reporting to the Head of People. You will be responsible for all recruiting activities from intake, sourcing, and scheduling through offer acceptance. You will get to design and improve processes and drive the candidate experience.

## What they're looking for

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and structured interview plans
- Implement and reinforce best practices around interviewing, including bias mitigation and consistent evaluation
- Drive timely feedback, thoughtful decision-making, and clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Identify gaps in the interview process and proactively recommend improvements
- 6+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within deep tech, hardware, advanced manufacturing, or other highly technical environments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and close highly specialized talent
