## About the role

As our Senior Director, Information Technology, you’ll report to the SVP, Technology & Business Operations and lead the strategy, operations, security, and evolution of Maze’s enterprise technology environment. This is a role for a leader who can balance strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll lead our internal IT team while evolving our operating model with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and strategic partners to deliver reliable, secure, and responsive technology services.

## What they're looking for

- 1 5 + years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in technology leadership
- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another highly regulated environment, clinical-stage and public-company experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise IT in a cloud-first, SaaS-based environment
- Experience managing MSPs and strategic technology partners
- Strong cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and compliance experience
- Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, GxP , GAMP 5, and computer system validation
