- Serve as the single point of accountability for global launch readiness, providing direct support to key markets during critical pre- and post-launch phases
- Represent the commercial function on the Program Leadership Team, the highest cross-functional governance body overseeing clinical development and program execution
- Build and lead a high-performing brand team, attracting and developing top talent
