## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in healthcare management consulting, venture capital platform/portfolio development, or a healthcare industry operator / startup environment
- Direct experience in pharma tech, health tech, or tech-enabled healthcare services strongly preferred, deep familiarity with at least one of McKesson's core verticals (oncology, pharmacy, biopharma services) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end work product — from initial research framing through final stakeholder delivery — with limited day-to-day oversight
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships and influence without authority
- Direct experience presenting to senior stakeholders, small and large format settings and exercising judgement to match tone and audience
- Intellectual Curiosity: Genuine interest in healthcare innovation, market dynamics, and the venture ecosystem, stays current on trends and proactively brings outside perspectives into the team's thinking
