## About the role

We are looking for a Head of Growth to own the growth engine across MDhair, MDacne, and Nuvane. You will work directly with our CEO to scale access to personalized dermatology care across three brands. This role owns the strategy and operating system behind a paid acquisition engine spending approximately $1M/month, plus the funnel, creative testing, lifecycle, analytics, and experimentation work needed to turn that spend into profitable growth.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC or ecommerce environment
- A proven track record of managing and scaling brands at meaningful revenue and spend levels
- Experience owning CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, payback, CVR, AOV, and contribution-margin tradeoffs
- A self-starter who can operate without established processes and build them from the ground up
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition, creative testing, landing page optimization, lifecycle, analytics, and funnel experimentation
- Experience designing and running structured experiments across the full customer journey
