## About the role

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our growing team. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will serve as the right hand to our Managing Partner, helping shape how some of the world's most influential organizations embrace and operationalize AI.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise technology, or software, ideally at the Engagement Manager level or in a comparable role such as Technical Program Manager or Deployment Strategist
- A proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships and successfully delivering complex technical or transformation projects from initial concept through full-scale adoption
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present in a boardroom, build trust with senior stakeholders, and navigate complex organizations
- High technical acumen and a practical understanding of AI/ML concepts, software architecture, and enterprise systems. You actively use AI tools in your work and understand how AI can transform business operations
- A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action and the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, executable plans
- Experience driving organizational change, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and helping customers adopt new technologies and ways of working
