## About the role

Group therapy can underperform because clinicians manage participation, pacing, structure, and documentation in real time. Quiet or socially anxious children can participate least, even though the format is meant to help them practice social interaction. This role is to build a clinician-supervised, voice-first AI co-facilitator for pediatric social-confidence and anxiety groups.

## What they're looking for

- Own the MVP across real-time voice interaction, therapist UX, session orchestration, data capture, and deployment
- Make product and system decisions that keep the AI inside a tightly supervised co-facilitator role
- Work with clinicians and pilot partners to test whether the system improves engagement, consistency, and therapist capacity in real sessions
- Design for healthcare trust through overrideability, auditability, operational controls, and clear boundaries around what the AI does
- Work with AI Fund's build team on the care-model wedge, technical scope, and route from pilots to a standalone provider
