## About the role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Director of Finance to own and revamp the financial infrastructure for our growing multi-entity organization. You are our ideal candidate if you have participated in building or rebuilding of finance functions from the ground up, are hands-on with modern accounting tools and consolidation workflows, and bring a strong working knowledge of and appetite to continue learning how AI can accelerate financial operations.

## What they're looking for

- Write code (with AI help is ok), work with Google AppsScript and financial tools APIs, and leverage AI tools to automate financial processes and reduce manual work
- Communicate clearly and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance executives
- Manage external relationships with tax advisors, auditors, insurance providers, and outsourced bookkeepers
- 6+ years in finance, with at least 2 to 3 in a multi-entity environment (VC-backed or founder-led tech preferred)
- Has built or rebuilt financial infrastructure, not just operated within one - including platform selection, process redesign, and consolidation workflows
- Hands-on experience with QBO/Intuit ecosystem, modern FP&A tools, and multi-entity consolidation
