## About the role

As an Enterprise GTM Associate, you will work across the full funnel from marketing and prospecting through deal execution and implementation alongside the co-founder and senior revenue leaders. Your job is to help MelodyArc win and expand complex enterprise customers. The exact work changes depending on what is most important to making that happen.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of experience in a sales or GTM role or in an adjacent field such as consulting, finance, or strategy with a strong track record of ownership and execution
- You’re good at a lot of things and like the variety of switching domains often. You have low ego about the work and are comfortable moving between strategic projects and detailed execution
- You’re technically fluent, or fast enough to get there. You’ll be expected to learn the platform well enough to demo it and explain how a workflow gets configured to a skeptical technical buyer
- You have strong critical and creative thinking skills. You can research, prioritize, and reason through ambiguous problems rather than waiting for every step to be defined
- You’re highly organized and an excellent written and verbal communicator
- You’re a natural relationship-builder who connects easily with people and holds poise at events and on client calls
