## About the role

As the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager for the Americas, you will play a key role in bringing Mendix's global ABM strategy to life across North America and Latin America. You'll partner closely with regional Sales, BDR, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to execute high-impact 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs that reflect the outstanding dynamics of the Americas region and accelerate account progression.

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrated ability in B2B marketing, with experience in Account-Based Marketing, Field Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, or Demand Generation
- Experience developing and delivering marketing programs across the Americas region, with a strong understanding of enterprise buying behaviors and regional market dynamics
- Proven track record creating creative account engagement programs that help advance enterprise opportunities through the sales cycle
- Experience partnering closely with regional Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams to execute coordinated account strategies
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying groups and how to engage technical, business, and executive customers
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, outbound, and executive engagement programs
