## About the role

The Solution Architect is the technical leader for customer engagements delivered by Siemens Professional Services. Working across industries and a broad portfolio that includes Intelligence Center X (ICX), SLC, Mendix, and other Siemens Digital Industries Software offerings, this role translates business outcomes and process needs into secure, scalable, and supportable solution architectures.

## What they're looking for

- Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions, including technical leadership of multi-disciplinary implementation teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations
- Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements
- Ability to translate business processes and desired outcomes into clear solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria
- Experience governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across customer, partner, and distributed delivery teams
- Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, written communication, and executive-level technical storytelling skills
