## About the role

Delivery Operations at Mercor is responsible for the end-to-end execution of our human data programs, ensuring projects are staffed, scoped, and delivered on time and at quality for our customers. We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the VP of Delivery Operations to drive strategic initiatives, keep cross-functional execution tight, and turn priorities into results across a fast-moving org.

## What they're looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in a high-ownership operating role, such as chief of staff, business or strategy operations, management consulting, investment banking, venture, or a startup operating role
- Prior experience in human data, data annotation, RLHF, or AI training data operations
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable building models, structuring ambiguous problems, and drawing conclusions from data
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to synthesize complex information into clear, concise recommendations
- A bias toward execution, someone who can move from "what should we do" to "it's done" without much hand-holding
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
