## About the role

We’re looking for our first Executive Producer to establish Creative Production as a core capability within Brand Creative. You’ll lead production across our most ambitious campaigns and projects while building the systems and external network that allow exceptional creative work to happen again and again.

## What they're looking for

- Own production across Brand Creative campaigns and projects, balancing priorities, capacity, staffing, budgets, timelines, and risk across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Personally lead our most ambitious campaigns and selected projects from concept through delivery across film, photography, motion, experiential, digital, and integrated work
- Partner with creative leaders to turn ambitious ideas into production plans that hold up against timing, budget, and reality, challenging underdeveloped briefs and protecting the creative idea through execution
- Build and lead an exceptional network of agencies, directors, studios, photographers, freelancers, and production partners that expands our capacity without lowering the bar
- Establish how Brand Creative prioritizes, staffs, greenlights, reviews, and delivers projects, creating a production system that makes exceptional work more repeatable
- Bring clarity to complex projects by keeping creative leaders and cross-functional partners grounded in the real state of the work, decisions, constraints, tradeoffs, and risks
