## About the role

Business Banking is the heart of Mercury. We're looking for a Head of Product to own it end-to-end: setting product strategy, leading a team of product managers, driving deposit and payment growth, and owning business performance. Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following :

## What they're looking for

- Own the P&L, strategy, and product offering: accounts, user experience, payments, new rails, and agents
- Build AI - and data-driven user experiences at scale better than the alternatives
- Build and scale the org: recruit and lead a high-performing PM team, instill strong build discipline, develop future leaders, and set an operating cadence and culture that drives pace and quality
- Deepen the core account and take new products 0-1 to scale: optimize what businesses run on, and invest in new rails, capabilities, and agents so customers can focus on building their companies
- Make reliability and trust product features: own uptime, correctness, latency, and support outcomes, and be measured on them
- Align the banking ecosystem: bring product, engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, legal, marketing, sales, support, and partners behind one cohesive strategy
