## About the role

Personal Banking is how Mercury earns a place in someone's financial life. We're looking for a Head of Product to own it end-to-end: setting product strategy, leading a team of product managers, driving growth and engagement, and owning business performance. Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following :

- Own the metrics, product strategy and the propositions we take to our customers, covering personal money management, banking, savings, investments, money movement, and in the future, lending
- Set the craft bar: sweat the details — copy, latency, empty states — that decide whether a consumer product feels inevitable rather than adequate
- Drive the use of AI in products where it makes the experience meaningfully better
- Build and scale the org: recruit and lead a high-performing PM team, instill strong build discipline, develop future leaders, and set a cadence and culture that drives pace and quality
- Grow the business: own acquisition, activation, retention, and the loops that compound, including how personal banking connects to the businesses Mercury already serves
