## About the role

In this role, you will report to our Head of People Operations and serve as a strategic partner to HR and Compensation business leaders, leveraging deep Workday expertise to streamline processes, automate manual work, and enhance the employee experience across the organization.

## What they're looking for

- Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules to support business processes and organizational requirements
- Evaluate and recommend optimal Workday compensation design aligned with organizational growth, job architecture, career frameworks, and Total Rewards strategy
- Configure compensation grades, grade profiles, salary ranges, compensation plans, eligibility rules, annual merit cycles, and core staffing and people processes
- Develop and maintain HR and Compensation Workday reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
- Configure and maintain worker lifecycle events, including hire, onboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, leave, and termination processes
- Document system configurations, procedures, testing, and recommendations for optimal system setup and migration
