## About the role

Dashboard is the home base of Mercury and the connective tissue between everything you need: home, search, tasks, notifications, and the moment-to-moment sense of place and priority. When it's done right, it feels like a thousand tiny things working invisibly in your favor. Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following :

## What they're looking for

- Take ownership of an underdefined, high-stakes surface and develop a real point of view on what it should be, starting with Tasks, Home, and Notifications
- Lead a redesign of the Mercury home page: what belongs on it, what doesn't, and how it earns its real estate as the product's job for the customer changes
- Design the unified logic behind tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alerts
- Partner closely with Command, agents, and product teams that will increasingly lean on these surfaces to drive intent
- Set direction and a prioritized roadmap, balancing user needs against the needs of every product team that depends on Dashboard as connective tissue
- Work as a true collaborator with design, shaping the visual and interaction language of core surfaces
